14th February 2024: Correction/Amendment in TDS and Consideration sent to certain Homeowners.
26th February 2024: For Homeowners who did not pay in due date, a Reminder Notice is sent to such Homeowners offering extension of 30 days and urging to pay by 27th March 2024. 26th July 2024: Permanent Cancellation Letters sent to those Homeowners who did not pay in time, in spite of raising Demand Letters and two extension/follow up notices, by post as well as email, as per the terms specified in the Approved Resolution Plan, and units taken back by the company. In case any allottee has not paid their first installment raised from 27th January 2024, credited in time by or before 25th July 2024 along with interest if applicable, such unit is permanently cancelled and taken back by the company. This is as per the terms in the approved resolution plan by the Hon’ble court of NCLT, New Delhi.
26th July 2024: 2nd Demand Letter, comprising of all unit details, consideration details, TDS details, past paid details, due amounts, due dates, process, all as per Resolution Plan and its Schedules, was sent to all valid Homeowners (Category D & E) with due date of 24th August 2024.
